Digital products

Because our books, audiobooks, and flipbooks are delivered digitally and unlock immediately after purchase, all sales are generally final. If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing your purchase — a broken file, a download that will not complete, or a chapter that will not play — contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will make it right.

When we issue refunds

  • The file is corrupted or fails to open.
  • You were charged more than once for the same order.
  • The product you received does not match its description.

How to request a refund

Email us at the address listed on the Contact page with your order confirmation number and a short description of the issue. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
